When he’s not geeking out over new gadgets or optimizing systems, you’ll find him leading from the front as a hands-on program manager who knows how to get things done—no fluff, all action.

Jason is married to his high school sweetheart of 28 years and they share three beautiful children.

Jason served in the United States Air Forces for 22 years as a Security Forces Member specializing in Integrated Defense.

​

Jason enjoys all things outdoors like hiking, camping, boating, volleyball and shooting. He is also an avid self-defense specialist. He enjoys instructing Krav Maga, MACP and training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Having served in both the military and law enforcement, Rob is currently leveraging his cyber security and teaching skills as a 247 Group Tactical Assault Kit trainer and cyber security specialist. 

Throughout his distinguished career, he has cultivated expertise in diverse areas, including public safety, software applications, incident response, cyber security, and government operations.

Traci  is a 22 year US Air Force veteran and has performed functions in almost all aspects of the Security Forces career field. 

​​With the company for four years, Traci has been active in lesson plan development for the Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK), Joint Planning Analysis and Reporting Tool website inception and AFRC TAK deployment and company wide supply chain management.  

Caitlin is a Jr. Cybersecurity Analyst recently graduated from UMASS. She supports internal cybersecurity and IT implementations and client cybersecurity/RMF activities.

In her spare time she enjoys live music, spending time in nature, playing roller derby, and making artwork.

Nick has over 16 years of experience in program management, logistics, Full Motion Video (FMV), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Aviation Foreign Internal Defense (AvFID), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), courseware development, and technical training. 

As a DMSAT program manager, trainer and logistical guru, Nick's work and professional experience showcases proven ability to lead agile projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments, both domestically and internationally.​ 

With degrees in Computer Science and Strategic Leadership, Gerard leads the way in project management.  But of  course all work and no play is no way to live and when not at work his time is spent with with his wife and 4 children  exploring the outdoors  hiking, hunting and snowboarding.

As one of the lead ATAK trainers, he firmly believes in supporting the Department of Defense to ensure that the present and future war fighters have the best capabilities for winning all conflicts.  

Imran is a seasoned cybersecurity and infrastructure leader with more than fifteen years of experience architecting, securing, and modernizing large-scale enterprise and government technology environments.

With a foundation in computer engineering and a career shaped by hands-on innovation, Imran has become a trusted expert in virtualization, cloud architecture, and advanced cybersecurity operations. He holds distinguished credentials—including CISSP, VMware Certified Professional, AWS Cloud Practitioner—and maintains an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Danny is a Software Engineer with a background in computer vision, AI, and network systems. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UMass Boston and contributes to Department of Defense projects involving ATAK systems and secure software integration.

Outside of work, he helps on his family's farm, where he enjoys applying technology and automation to promote sustainable agriculture.

A dedicated leader with 26 years of service in the United States Air Force, Max retired as a Chief Master Sergeant at Osan Air Base, South Korea.  Notably, he developed the "Rookie Book," a foundational training plan still utilized by young Air Force firefighters today.

Max is now channeling his passion for teaching and emergency response into his role at the 247 Group, where he aims to enhance customer awareness and optimize usage.​

Originally from Kansas and a lifelong Chiefs fan, Max holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration.  He enjoys trying new microbreweries, riding his Indian motorcycle, and traveling.  He and his wife, Lidia, of 21 years live in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, with their two teenage sons, Elijah and Gabriel.

Cullen is an C-UAS Operator with six years of Air Force experience, specializing in practical, real-world application of tactical systems.

He brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to training while keeping instruction clear, approachable, and effective for users at every level. 

Cullen enjoys life outside of work by traveling the world, hanging with family, and learning new hobbies

Jim is a Navy and Air Force veteran with over two decades of experience supporting the nation's most demanding defense and research environments.

His career spans work with the United States Marine Corps, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and a broad range of state and federal agencies, where he has contributed expertise across operations, technology, and national security.

Jim's military foundation combined with his extensive interagency experience positions him as a trusted professional at the intersection of defense, innovation, and public service.

Joseph  is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in continuity of operations, emergency management, and mission assurance. His career spans global security operations across Europe, Africa, and the Indo-Pacific, where he has directed large cross-functional teams through complex crises, coordinated multinational relief efforts, and advised senior defense leaders on risk management and operational readiness.

Known for blending strategic foresight with disciplined execution, Joseph brings a proven ability to build resilient organizations and lead with precision in mission-critical environments.

Demari is a hardware enthusiast who loves getting under the hood of any device he can get his hands on. He focuses on hardware deployment and system optimization, always looking for ways to streamline performance through a dedicated, hands-on approach.

When he isn’t rebuilding servers or hitting the slopes on his snowboard, Demari is a dedicated gamer. He's also been known to spend more time cable-managing his PC than actually playing the games on it—always striving to take something standard and turn it into a custom masterpiece. 

A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, JR brings a rare, all-around technical fluency spanning networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and command and control — the kind of breadth that comes from two decades of solving problems in environments where failure isn't an option. Equal parts operator and engineer, he's as comfortable architecting a secure network as he is troubleshooting it in the field.

Outside of work, that same curiosity follows him home. Between spending time with his family and diving into his latest gaming session, he's usually knee-deep in his home lab, standing up new technologies and testing them long before they ever reach a customer.

Eric is a Junior Software Engineer Intern and Help Desk System Analyst with a B.S. in Computer Science from Sacred Heart University (SHU) and a background in software development and artificial intelligence. He has experience building software solutions, working with modern technologies, and exploring innovative AI applications to solve real-world problems. He'll be helping the rest of the team deploy, monitor and patch Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) Server software. 

Outside of technology, you'll most likely find him gaming with friends, running outside, reading on the beach, or out fishing with his family. Passionate about his health he enjoys staying active at the gym, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and learning new skills or hobbies.

Dave continued his family’s legacy and served in the US Air Force for 23 years as a Security Forces Member.  

He is adept at executing complex, high-risk operations within culturally diverse, politically sensitive, and austere environments worldwide.  Subject matter expert in Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP), Personal Security Details (PSD), intelligence analysis, and risk mitigation. 

As a Law Enforcement Instructor for the past 10 years he looks to mentor and leverage his extensive operational expertise and tactical experience to the classroom.

Dave and his wife Jillian have been married for 25 years, and they have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. 

If Dave isn’t out on the water fishing, you’ll find him on a trail where EMS response is challenging training for his next Obstacle Course Race or Ultra Endurance Race.

Michael is a U.S. Air Force veteran with more than 22 years of experience spanning Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), Security Forces, special warfare training, recruiting, and
operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has supported joint and multinational operations while developing expertise in close air support, air-ground integration, tactical
communications, ATAK, security, air base defense, training, and mission planning.
He holds a B.S. in Audio Production from Full Sail University and enjoys applying both his technical and creative background to new challenges.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys music production, sound design, fitness, sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
